Desktop Support Technician

The information technology technician is primarily a desktop support role with the ability to support and assist with IT projects. The technician will be responsible for providing technical computer hardware and software support, building and configuring workstations and laptops, maintain and update installation media, perform daily infrastructure maintenance (backups, patches, disk usage checks, etc.), enforce change control on workstations and end-point devices, and provision user accounts, software applications and end-point devices.

Network Security Analyst (Lvl 2)

Under general supervision, the level 2 network security analyst performs advanced qualification, incident handling, and customer communication. The level 2 network security analyst serves as initial point of contact for events of interest reported by the level 1 network security analyst. The level 2 network security analyst tracks, follows-up, and resolves incidents as well as initiates and maintains contact with customers and generates various periodic reports.

Network Security Analyst (Lvl 1)

Under general supervision, the network security analyst monitors and analyzes data from various sources. This data is used to find and classify anomalous network activity on SecureOps managed networks. The analyst is responsible for investigating alerts and determining its threat level. He then follows the procedure outlined the relevant service level agreement (SLA) to report and escalate the issue. The analyst also generates various periodic reports.

Information Security Analyst

The Cyber Security Expert will act as an Information Security representative for our client, assigned to work on various projects within the organization to ensure that information security standards and guidelines are followed. She/he will also act as a link between the project teams and other security teams such as Risk Management, Vulnerability Management and Advisory Services, Directory Security Services, Supplier Security Assessment, Security Governance, Legal and Regulatory Compliance, etc. The ideal candidate possesses a broad knowledge of IT security, networking and system administration. She/he has a background in several domains of IT security and an understanding of software development life cycle as well as information system deployment and upgrade.
